Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical is seeking an experienced Plumber/Excavation team member to join our growing team.

The big task

Complete all residential excavations for plumbing and sewer installations efficiently and accurately.

Key sub-tasks

• Ability to operate various excavation equipment including skid-loaders, and mini-excavators.
• Assisting with loading and unloading supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Various labor-related tasks including hand-digging with a shovel, and spreading stone, and concrete.
• Ability to complete plumbing repairs 

Clean up job sites and equipment.

• Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Assist with lifting heavy materials such as large bags of concrete. 
• Operate equipment like jackhammers and concrete saws.
• Complete jobs on time by working closely with the installation team, dispatch, and your manager. 
• Maintain a clean, and organized job site.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Skills and experience

• Excavation experience 
• Plumbing knowledge and experience 
• Load, unload, and secure equipment on transport trailers according to guidelines
• Excavation for water, sewer, and gas experience is a plus
